Coca-Cola has always taken pride in the fact that it’s major product, Coke, has been able to bring the aspect of happiness whenever it is shared among peers or family members. Coca-Cola has managed to do this over the years by making sure that the product is readily available in all leading supermarkets or convenience stores at a reasonable price and chilled to the desirable temperature to enhance the taste.

Apart from the accessibility of the product, Coca-Cola has put up a number of commercials that are geared towards attracting the target audience. Now, it is evident that there are numerous beverage companies that have taken the same approach s Coca-Cola to make sure that the market constantly consumes their product but Coca-Cola commercials have a twist to them. More often then not, Coca-Cola commercials are humorous and capture the attention of the target consumer market.

They have also adopted the conventional story-telling method where they summarize the basic drivers of the Coca-Cola brand in a single commercial in a bid to share with the consumers hence forming a special bond between the producers and the market hence creating a lasting relationship.

Messages that use humor to drive the point home are more convincing and more relateable to an audience who would ideally choose to watch a commercial just for the humorous concept implied. Statistics show that the average time taken to attract the audience attention is 15 seconds hence giving vague figures and unnecessary detailed information would lose or mislead the target.

Coca-Cola commercials are relatively brief and concise which ensures that within the duration that they are played, the commercials capture the attention of the viewer and leave them yearning for more.

Coca-Cola also portrays situations in a humorous way with a twist in that the situation starts off as a challenging experience but right after having a well deserved Coke break everything falls right into place and the obstacle is handled.

Through this Coca-Cola has been able to satirize the many struggles we go through on a light note constantly giving the target consumer that there is joy at the end of every struggle. On a literal note, Coca-Cola gives the impression the Coke has the capability of solving all problems and putting smiles on the consumer’s faces. Therefore whenever you feel low, grab an ice cold Coke, open happiness and watch your troubles fade away.
